Dr. Brautbar as Expert Witness

Dr. Brautbar is available to examine patients, review records, and provide medical and forensic opinion and consultation as an expert witness. He has been the lead expert witness for toxic exposure and product liability cases throughout the country. In addition to providing expert witness testimony in numerous cases he is also a practicing physician. Dr. Brautbar's practice covers aspects of Internal Medicine, Nephrology and Toxicology, such as lung disease, asbestosis, chemical injury, solvent-related toxicity, occupational diseases, chemically related cancers and medical causation.

Dr. Brautbar has worked with both Plaintiff and Defense. He has testified as an expert witness in toxic torts, product liability cases and frequently serves as a consultant on national and international levels. He has been a visiting professor in national and international scientific institutions and centers such as Yale, Harvard, and Czechoslovakia National Institute of Health. Dr. Brautbar has lectured to State Court Judges at the National Judicial College in Reno in 1998 on the topic of causation and science in the courtroom.
